A conveyor belt is an essential tool in the material handling sector. A conveyor belt system consists of two or more pulleys (referred to as drums), with an endless loop of carrying medium the conveyor belt that rotates around them creating a pull effect for the goods it's carrying.

They are the continuous moving strips that are used for carrying different materials from one place to another. Mostly used for conveying a large volume of materials in a short span of time. A conveyor belt is also known as a belt conveyor.
